In this class, we combine Myofascial release (MFR) techniques with Yin yoga to release tension and encourage healing. You will be guided to release trigger points and areas of tension using props like blocks and balls. This 75 min of myoyin practice targets the deeper layers through long held postures to encourage qi flow, improve mobility and nourish our connective tissues. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.

Jensen conducts this class, which is suitable for all levels. This class is conducted entirely in Mandarin to help students (more) comfortable with Mandarin understand the intention of each pose, and its health benefits. The Yin poses can be personalised based on the comfort level of each student in the class.

HATHA YOGA - ALL LEVELS : Wednesdays, 7.00pm - 8.00pm; Sundays, 12.30pm - 1.30pm (not offered time being)
This 60-minute class comprises a series of static yoga poses (3-5 breaths each pose) with focus on alignment and breathing. During this practice, one can expect to build strength and flexibility in a safe and controlled manner. Poses explored will range from basic to intermediate. This class is also suitable for beginners.
